At Iconic Blaze, every product goes through strict quality checks before reaching you. We offer exchanges under specific conditions only. Please read carefully before placing an order.

We accept exchange requests only in the following cases: the product delivered is defective or has a genuine manufacturing defect, the wrong product was delivered (incorrect size, color, or design), or the product was damaged in transit.

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Exchange is subject to product availability at the time of request. Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers are non-exchangeable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or wrong product delivered.

We do not accept exchange requests for change of mind or dislike of the product, size or fit issues due to incorrect size selection by the customer, products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery, and customized or personalized products under any circumstances.

Raise your exchange request by emailing us at support@iconicblaze.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, product details, and reason for exchange along with clear photographs of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days. If approved, you will be guided on how to send the product back to us. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch the exchange product subject to availability.

In cases of wrong product delivery or transit damage, return shipping costs will be borne by Iconic Blaze. For all other approved exchange cases, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

We do not offer returns or refunds of any kind under any circumstances. All resolutions will be provided through product exchange only. Iconic Blaze reserves the right to refuse exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions. Our decision in all exchange matters will be final and binding.
